Who Am I?

Born in India, shaped in Oman, refined in Italy, and now growing in the Netherlands—I’ve built my life across borders, cultures, and languages. Each country has taught me something different: how to adapt, how to listen, and how to lead with context.

Currently, I’m completing my MSc in Work, Organisation & Health Psychology at Radboud University, specialising in HRM and organisational consultancy. My academic focus is rooted in human behaviour, cultural change, and leadership dynamics.

Outside the classroom, I’ve worked in compliance, analytics, student leadership, and strategy. Whether it’s a multi-national corporation or a grassroots student network, I bring empathy, structure, and a people-first mindset to every challenge I take on.
